The 20-minute interview
An agent asks you about your offer, your customers, your prices and how you talk, then writes your business brain for you. You don't fill in a template.
For business owners who are done doing everything themselves
They write your content, find your leads, draft your outreach, turn sales calls into proposals and plan your day. You do one 20-minute interview, and every one of them works from your offer, your customers and your voice. No more explaining your business to ChatGPT every single time.
Works on your phone in the ChatGPT or Claude app with nothing to install, or on a computer in Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenClaw or Hermes Agent. $27 once. Nothing renews.

Kas GhorbContent RocketThe real reason AI isn't working for you
You've watched the videos. You've saved the prompt packs. And every answer still reads like it was written for somebody else's business. Because it was. The AI doesn't know what you sell, who buys it, what you charge or how you talk.
So you explain it. Again. Offer, customer, tone, prices. Ten minutes later you finally get something usable. Tomorrow you start from zero, and the whole time you're thinking: this was supposed to save me time.
Here's the part nobody tells you. The people getting real work out of AI aren't writing better prompts. They wrote their business down once, and they gave the AI specific jobs that read it first. That's exactly what this kit sets up for you, in one evening. It's how I run the agents in my own businesses.
Stop explaining your business to AI. Let five agents learn it once.

What's in the kit
An agent asks you about your offer, your customers, your prices and how you talk, then writes your business brain for you. You don't fill in a template.
Start in the ChatGPT or Claude app with nothing to install, about 25 minutes. Move to Claude Code, Codex or Cursor when you want agents that save files and search the web.
Offer, content, leads, outreach, sales calls, client delivery, operations, money and hiring. Each one has an example input and output.
business-brain/examples/ridgeline-bookkeeping/
Clean, reconciled books and a one-page profit report by the 10th of every month, for $650 a month.
In three words: plain, calm, specific. Numbers as digits. Never the word "affordable".
Caught up 11 months of books for a 7-person HVAC company in 19 days.
Ridgeline Bookkeeping, a fictional firm, has every file completed, so you can see what a good answer looks like before you write yours.
Everything you get today
Content Repurposer, Lead Researcher, Outreach Writer, Proposal Writer and Daily Brief. Each one reads your business brain before it writes a word.
An agent interviews you and writes your business brain for you: offer, customers, voice, services, FAQs and proof. No templates to fill in.
Fifty prompts sorted by the job, from pricing tiers to chasing an overdue invoice, each with an example input and output.
Run all five agents in the ChatGPT or Claude app on your phone. Nothing to install. Set up in about 25 minutes.
Ready-made setups for Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, plus Agent Skills for OpenClaw and Hermes Agent.

A normal week with it
The Daily Brief turns your weekend brain dump into three priorities. The Content Repurposer turns a question a client asked on Friday into a reel script, a carousel and two posts.
The Lead Researcher scores ten businesses in your niche against your ideal customer. You pick the top three.
The Outreach Writer drafts openers for those three, each one starting with something real about that business, plus the follow-ups.
You get on a sales call. Ten minutes later the Proposal Writer has turned your notes into a proposal with three price options.
The Daily Brief lists the follow-ups due and what slipped, so Monday starts clean.
You still read everything and decide what goes out. The agents never send anything on their own.
The actual download
These are excerpts from the kit itself: the example business brain, one agent's instructions and the first-hour checklist.
# The offer ## In one sentence Trades business owners with 3 to 20 staff get clean, reconciled books and a one-page profit report by the 10th of every month, so they know what they made and what they owe, for $650 a month. ## The problem it solves They are running crews all day and doing the books at 10pm, or paying a cousin who is three months behind. They do not know if a job made money until tax time. The CPA charges them $2,000 to untangle it every spring and they feel stupid asking what "accrual" means. ## What they get - Every bank, card and loan account reconciled monthly in QuickBooks Online - Receipts matched through Dext (they photograph, we code) - Job and crew level profit tagging when their invoicing tool supports it - A one-page "What happened last month" report in plain English by the 10th - A 20-minute call each quarter to walk through the numbers - Clean books handed to their CPA in January with a cover note ## What changes for them They stop doing books at night. They know which crew or service line is actually profitable. January stops being a $2,000 surprise. Decisions about hiring or a new truck get made with real numbers.

Free, take them
Copy them into any AI chat right now. Inside the kit they work better, because the agent has already read your offer, your customer and your voice.
Here is one idea: [paste the idea in one or two sentences]. Write 10 opening lines for a short video or post about it. Mix these shapes: a specific number, a question the customer has actually asked, a contrarian claim, a mistake with a cost, a "here's what happened" story opener, and a direct "if you X, then Y" line. Each under 15 words. No "hey guys", no "in this video", no clickbait the body cannot pay off. Mark the 3 you would test first.

My 90-day goal is: [goal]. Here is everything on my mind, unsorted: [paste brain dump]. Sort it into: Today (max 3, the ones that move the 90-day goal), This week, Delegate or automate (say to whom or how), Drop (say why). Flag anything with a hidden deadline. Then give me the first 30-minute action for the top item.
From the operations section of the prompt library
Invoice [number] for [amount] to [client] was due [date]. My payment terms: [terms]. Write three messages: day 3 overdue (friendly nudge, assume it slipped), day 10 (clear, restate amount and how to pay), day 21 (firm, states what happens next per my terms, still polite). Each under 80 words. Include the invoice number and amount in every message.
From the money section of the prompt library
The other 47 are in the kit, sorted by job: offer, content, leads, outreach, sales calls, client delivery, operations, money and hiring.

Why I'm doing this for $27
A few years ago I was working 15-hour days on my agency. Cold outreach, content, ads, SEO, I tried all of it, and I paid a lot of so-called gurus a lot of money for advice that didn't work.
What changed everything wasn't working harder. It was systems. Since then my team at Executive Stride has built client-getting systems for 400+ businesses, and those clients have reported more than $10M in results.
Then AI got good, and I saw the same mistake everywhere. Most AI setups break in the same place: you save a great prompt, and every time you use it you spend ten minutes explaining your business before the answer is any good.
The agents I run in my own businesses read a few files about the business first: what we sell, who buys it, how we talk, what we charge. That one change is most of the difference between a toy and something I use every day.
This kit is that structure, written from scratch for your business, with a fictional bookkeeping firm already filled in so you can see what each file should look like. I added the phone version because most of you watch my videos on your phone, and you shouldn't need a computer to start.
It will not run your business. You still read what comes back and decide what goes out. You just start every job from a decent draft instead of a blank page.
Why so cheap? Because I'd rather you see what this does inside your own business than read another guide about it. Plenty of people who start with something small from me end up working with my team on something bigger. That's the honest reason.
It's $27 while your launch price is running. Thanks for watching my stuff.
Josh
Proof from the agency side
These are clients of Executive Stride, my agency, talking about done-for-you systems my team built and ran for them. They are not results from this kit, and they are not typical. What you get from the kit depends on your business and the work you put in.
